This is the first in a series of PRs which aim to make SC-HOA more self contained in terms of its resources.
A new folder named resources/ is added to the root of the SC-HOA source. This folder contains two inner folders: kernels, and sounds. The sounds folder is empty (I don't have access to the recordings that go in there). The kernels folder contains binauralIRs and headphoneEQ from IEM BinaurlaDecoder, and the FIR folder from ambitools.
Let me know what you think of this structure. I'll submit my other PRs once we get this sorted out.
