Stats.Mod: Added mibzkdm0f(!Mibbit@_.prioritytelecom.net) to userbase.

it needs to be added by full host like !@full.host

Thanks for your suggestion! I have created a feature request for configurable host masks which should cover your use case. See issue #6.
