Add support for ISO region codes #5

Hello, is there any chance that we can add a bit more metadata for ISO region codes? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:DE

I think most of the logic already exists, it's just a few utility functions more that return the codes instead of the state, or maybe just 1 more utility to map between name and code?

Great idea, the logic is already in place yeah.. so this is really only about adding 1 additional field. I'll have a look next week and add this to v2.1.0
