Ngrok authentification #18

Hello, When I'm using your app httplog --ngrok --port 3000 the ngrok doesn't authenticate, and I'm getting the page when you need to add your Authtoken

In my terminal, the ngrok client is already configured to use my Authtoken. Does your app need a specific variable or content file that is didn't described in the documentation?

sorry, I was not working on this repository for quite a few month. I updated ngrok dependency now and for me it seems to work again. Can you may check 1.4.3-rc.0.
