Incoming CRAN / win builder checks - detritus in temp directory

BT is currently removed from CRAN because https://github.com/florianhartig/BayesianTools/issues/240 required an update, which, however, I cannot upload because of the following problem on CRAN incoming / Winbuilder

OK, the problem appears also with older BT versions which were already on CRAN, and it seems it appears only on Windows devel. The exact file name seems stochastic, this is from Winbuilder level with BT 0.1.7 CRAN version.

Found the following files/directories: 'Rscript11e686c2c433d' 'Rscript1ec106c2c433d'
