Add website to DESCRIPTION #268

Daniel, can you check if it's sensible to have 2 URLs (do other packages do this, how does this look on CRAN) or should we switch to io only?

It is intended to be able to have more than one URL. Examples: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ggplot2/index.html https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rhub/index.html Some further information: https://www.r-bloggers.com/2019/12/about-urls-in-description/ https://r-pkgs.org/description.html Short summary: The URL field is used for one or more URLs, which give additional usefull information to this package.

I would approve the change of having both URLs.
