Create a pkgdown website #80

a1daa8a4587b67a24eb00ac869f6c46d4d9cf734 Added a convenience script for generating the page in the package root folder (pkgdown_bootstrap.r). Also generated the page (BayesianTools/docs). We could now publish it via GitHub Pages.

The website is now hosted at: https://florianhartig.github.io/BayesianTools/ For some reason the link to "gettings started" (/articles/BayesianTools.html) is not working. If have no idea why this is happening since the file is where it should be, and another file in the same directory (/articles/index.html) is reachable without any problem. This is the only broken link.

Hi Tankred, why is the doc folder of pkgdown both on the top level AND on in the package folder? Is this necessary?

This should not be necessary, maybe something went wrong when merging branching.

I think it would be better to remove the pkgdown stuff completely from the package and give it its own github. This would keep this repository cleaner and we would not accumulate so much "trash" over time (pngs, htmls).
