Create a tool to craete articles from names while writing an article.

While writing a new Article new characters, groups, items and other things are often referenced, but cannot be linked as they don't exist yet. Add a feature to create a new article while writing. A possible workflow cuold be:

• Select the text that references the new article
• Press a button / key combination -> A popup opens
• Enter an Id (initialized from the selected text) and a Name
• Select a parent by utilzing the quicksearch endpoint
• press ok
