1.6.4 Ensuire core dumps are restricted - * hard core 0 not set #66

Hi,

In either /etc/security/limits.conf or /etc/security/limits.d/* I'm missing * hard core 0. Was this done on purpose?

If I want to add this and commit this, should I leave it under 1.6.4, or 1.6.4.1 or .2? Thank you.

I think this is only for historical reasons and is not consistent with the current baseline. In the current benchmark it should be 1.6.4
