In past years I have used the Drupal Camp Sponsor spreadsheet to keep track of tweets. This was as sponsors are added, nobody has to cross them to another spreadsheet. I just add a couple of column per Mike’s suggestion. Knowing me I will miss one or not copy websites or Twitter Accounts properly.

I see you got a suggestion to do a TBT video? I think its a great idea. I don’t have the videos and I don’t do video. If you would like to take that on you are more then welcome to.

Also, I don’t just do sponsor broadcasts. I also introduce speakers, training and sessions. I promote registration, sponsorship, volunteers, etc. Basically I am the big mouth or as some have deemed me, Towne Crier.

In past years my health has dictated my broadcasts. That’s one reason I an happy for the help. Two years ago we were halfway to the camp and I ran out of steam. Mike had to take over. I’m doing much better this year so I don’t see that happening this year. I don’t really do this on any particular schedule. More or less when I sit down to the computer and have a few minutes to dig up information for a particular blast.

The only concern I have for us is how to prevent us from duplicating efforts. Is there something in particular you would like to do, like videos? Let me know.

@gscampbell64 - do you have a plan for trainings and sponsors?? @mherchel has asked me to schedule tweets around the trainings, but i didn't want to replicate any efforts. I have time this weekend to put them in the queue for next week. Let me know.

@AmyJuneH I don't usually do specific posts for training or sessions. I do general posts to get people to the page to see them. If you would do specific posts for these that would be great.
