I can do this if you want subs from publix again.

Linda - great! Thank you - I just assigned this task to you.

I think we did subs on Friday last year - Sunday is normally pizza along with a Publix run for drinks.

Sunday morning is just a big Dunkin Donuts run for coffee and donuts. I normally bring a couple of cases of water along as well.

Sure. I'll need help though. I'm looking for volunteers. I can probably pick up coffee and donuts on my way in.

I'll need address of Dunkin Donuts nearby. Do I need to call them and give them a heads up that we are going to buy up all their donuts and coffee? I get to pick the donuts! What about bagels? I thought we usually have bagels as well.

What's the latest attendee count for Sunday food and coffee? I'll call Dunkin and warn them.

We don't have any way to know - assume somewhere around 100 people, but we normally play it by ear.

This was a message from before.....Sunday sessions should start at 10am and end by 3pm.

Thank you. Any idea how many dozen donuts and how much coffee I should get? I was thinking 8 dozen donuts. The coffee box serves 10 people https://www.dunkindonuts.com/en/food-drinks/hot-drinks/box-o-joe so 10 boxes of coffee? We will have bagels too. I need to call the manager in the morning and tell them how much we're going to need. If you have a favorite donut now is the time to chime in.

Keep in mind that not everyone shows up early in the morning, so your numbers are probably a bit high.

In the past, I've gone with about 6 and 6, then run to Publix to get extra drinks and snacks as necessary.

Thanks Mike. I'll tell them 6 & 6. Does Dunkin supply creamer and sugar/sweetner with the coffee? What's your favorite donut?

Yes, they provide everything.

Called Dunkin' Donuts and spoke with Asia. Ordered 6 dozen donuts and 6 boxes of joe to be picked up between 8:30 -9:30 am Sunday 2/17/19. Dunkin Donuts 1650 N Alafaya Trl Orlando, FL 32828, Ph: 407-384-9377.
