Fix temporal type micro seconds and neo4j 4 compliance #102

Temporal types are now dealing with microseconds instead of milliseconds
Review tests for Neo4j 4 compliance
Fix issue #100 : config's timeout is correctly used during queries

An relaunch the job https://travis-ci.org/github/florinpatrascu/bolt_sips/jobs/761919641 as it failed but was passing on my local and travis tests

Thank you @dominique-vassard, all this look really nice and timely! I'll run the tests on a dockerized cluster, as I stopped keeping more complex configurations around.
