At last, here it is, for #61

Encoding / Decoding at bolt level
PackStream error merge
Review test in order to not have something like 10 assertions in one tests.
Bolt V1 and Bolt V2 docs in encoder
Reduce the scope of the visible docs (public API only)

There was more work than expected but I think it worths it. Bolt version are visible, road for Bolt V3 is paved, encoding is even strictier and Bolt.Sips.Response is clean ;)
