Question: Have a project idea - How can I start? #687

@florinpop17 Hi there 👋!

I have a project idea about the Tic-Tac-Toe game and I want to add that here as well. As I am new to the repo just needed some little guidance about how can I contribute.

I can add that project to the Beginner folder of projects. Also, I have created that web app so I have a good example to show that app as an example.

Just had a few queries. Firstly, is this idea okay to work on? kindly please let me know will this idea be accepted in HacktoberFest because I have found this repo under the HacktoberFest topic.

Hi @sarmadhamdani02 ! I just passed by this project and it seems abandoned since there are tons of PR and no recent commits which is quite sad. I'm also in HacktoberFest 😄 Cheers

Well, I was also thinking the same but decided to give it a try 😅. With some time left before October 1st, I'm on the hunt for some ideal projects to contribute to. 😃
