Added different functions for "L0" and "F4" controllers #45

fixed some little issues in the original code
added a more general way to get uid and flash size for controllers that show problem with the usual request
added a controller family specific option for flash page size and data transfer size
enhanced the extended erase function for controllers that show problem with the usual request when page=None

Yes, I'm still maintaining this but it's low priority currently. Your contributions are very welcome and I'll review them in a few days.

Do you plan to do more work on stm32loader? I'd be open to co-maintainership.

All right. I dive into it. Please, give me a couple of days. Several points are easily fixed other are more time consuming. I am glad that this project is moving onward.

I have merged this code in db014b2aadd07eabca4e5fac2967bd3495542bdb .

It would need to be tested before I can release it.
