Add loading indicator #3

Adding a "loading" indicator will provide user feedback when the app is doing something. I think the best thing to be would be to add in in the header, so it also doubles as an icon to request a refresh of the feeds

Yes yes, we are halfway there. The loading indicator works like a charm. Now we only need to add the possibility to request a feed refresh when clicked on the icon.
