No compiled js #21

when I install this package, no compiled JS is there, even lib and src folders are missing. OS Windows, installed as "npm install locale".

What I am missing?

Only way I have discovered is cloning repo, globaly link it with "npm link" and then use "npm link locale" in desired project. Then coffeeScript is compiled as should be...

Something tells me that there could be simpler way..? :)

the npm tarball certainly has JS in it.
