Migrate git usage in example to lambdacd-git #194

hi @iboss-ptk, thanks for the contribution! This will be very helpful once we start #175!

Have you given the dependencies between lambdacd and lambdacd-git a thought? I'm a bit worried that it causes issues if the two depend on each other.

Also, looks like the tests fail with authentication problems; I'm guessing that's because lambacd-git handles this a bit differently (using JGit instead of shelling out to the Git CLI).
