Publish to NPM? #122

It looks like this package hasn't been published to the NPM registry in two years. So I can't use features like --include (https://github.com/flosse/sloc/pull/115), etc.

Could a maintainer please publish the latest version? I would recommend automatically publishing from CI so you don't need to remember (although there also hasn't been a tag/release in two years, so it wouldn't help if you also aren't remembering to bump versions!).

sure... I'd like to update coffeescript etc. before (see #123)

I would recommend automatically publishing from CI so you don't need to remember
