As a member I want to see in the dashboard a day challenge which always changes on Mondays and Wednesdays

this day challenge is scheduled to change on Mondays and Wednesdays
the challenges are created by the trainer in the wp backend and displayed at random
I have the opportunity to tag the tageschallenge as "done" in the form of a hook
the "completed" day challenges are stored as a number and output in the dashboard "You've done" xx "challenges"
