Carrier call cuts Siphon call. #503

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call.
2. Talk.
3. Incoming Carrier call drops Siphon call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to switch between calls like with more than 1 carrier call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9.8
IOS 4.2.1

When a regular call incomes during a SIP call, SIP call should be hold.
When the regular call stops, Siphon should go to the foreground and the call 
should continue.
