RuntimeError: Unable to connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379. #1055

i was trying to run a rl example of the project, but error exhibited as the title occurred.Before this,errors involving "auth" and "password" like "sent auth,but no password is set" also showed up.what should i do to solve it? really need your help
