I get the error Flow: server is stopped.
Could not start Flow server! [Server_start_failed (exit, 8)]
It happens on Windows with Astrill VPN installed. However, if I remove the Astrill software, this error goes away, and flow server works perfectly. I tried to google a lot but couldn't figure out the reason. so basically, flow-bin seems to have some conflict with Astrill. It doesn't even have to be running. by just installing Astrill into the windows, flow-bin stops working.
Kindly fix this issue or provide a workaround, as I can't remove Astrill because of other reasons and restrictions regarding the firewall

run any project with flow
