Use flowpath when loading flowcomplete #51

This should ensure that completion works when a separate flowpath is specified.

what's the status, can we merge this? Without that even if you define a local flow, the plugin doesn't work if no global one is installed 🤣

I was about to create a PR for this problem, and I've found yours.. well done ! I hope this will be merged ASAP
