discuss further usage of VectorMPI in all equations (e.g. in Richards model - is it proper to create FieldFE for all these?)
in VectorMPI rename get_data_vec to shorter vec getter
create something like DarcyMHFE FieldFE instead of full_solution in flow models

(based on discussion over #1230)

[ ] Do not use VectorMPI directly in Richards.
[ ] consider the getter, but that in fact should not be used.
[ ] Definitely equation results should be shared with other equations through FieldFE.
