Move the yarn db:push instruction to after the .env file is created #138

Is your documentation improvement request related to a specific problem or confusion? Please describe. 👨‍💻 Currently, the docs asks you to run yarn db:push before the .env file creation instructions.

Describe the improvements you would like 🖊️ The yarn db:push should be moved until after the .env instructions

Explain why this improvement is beneficial (optional) 📚 Because the yarn db:push is required before the .env creation, the yarn db:push command fails, as the postgres connection string details in the .env haven't been specified yet.
