Currently all the conferences look the same within the app. It would be awesome to let the conferences decide on their own theme

When a conference is being created / updated, the owner of the conference should be able to change the theme colours.
That way when a user switches to their conference, the theme will update dynamically.
This would require the owner of the conference to see their changes before applying it
Additional context
We could play around with the added css variables already defined. Allowing for changing them programatically, and store the values in the database
