Admins ought to be tied to a conference #91

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 👨‍🏫 Currently, all admins can see everything. This should instead be that users are tied to specific conferences.

Describe the solution you'd like 📝 If I create a conference, then I become an admin of THAT conference. Where I can then overlook all my current participants, as well as add users to manage my conference as well.

However, I should not be able to adjust conferences that I am not an admin (or some other equivalent role)

This no longer aligns with the luttaka-open, as this is too enterprise focused
