Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 👨‍🏫 Currently, the conference has no unique logo feature.

Describe the solution you'd like 📝 When creating / updating a conference, it should be possible to assign a logo as well

Additional context this could be done with shadcn's drag and drop feature.

To maintain the consistency of the app experience. It may not be a good idea to adjust too much of the UI.
