Hulu plugin search doesn't function with ubuntu linux 11.10 #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install get_flash_videos
2. Download and install www::mechanize pearl module
3. Install hulu plugin for get_flash_videos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to see search results. I type in get_flash_videos house or
get_flash_videos hulu house to search for house episodes. I get the following
error message:

There is no form with the requested fields at /usr/bin/get_flash_videos line
1956
Searching 'FlashVideo::Site::Googlevideosearch' failed with: There is no form
with the requested fields at /usr/local/share/perl/5.12.4/WWW/Mechanize.pm line
1897.

No results found for 'house'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 1.21 on ubuntu linux 11.10.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think this is a linux specific issue as I can get search results when i run
get_flash_videos with the hulu plugin. Any ideas??

* I get search results in windows with get_flash_videos, so I think it might be
a linux specific issue or a configuration issue (i.e. rtmpdump location or perl
module location)

I got this before I added hulu plugin. Did this run successfully?

get_flash_videos --add-plugin
http://gitorious.org/get-flash-videos-plugins/gfv-plugins/blobs/raw/release/Hulu
.pm

I also had to install perl modules Digest::HMAC_MD5 and Crypt::Rijndael, and
run ldconfig to see new rtmpdump libs, if that helps.

This is a support issue, not a bug.
