Description

I reworked the about-page of the app:

Removed (too) detailed description of the owner
added a link to github
removed too big appstore section
- Added a "Rate Us" button to the About-Field
Added a team list
- and a dynamic contributor list

The loading of the list is now indicated by a ProgressIndicator, but this has "no end", which is adapted to the rest of the app. Later on, all loading animations should be improved, which could be integrated with #143 .
