switch to official klayjs #191

https://github.com/OpenKieler/klayjs -- think there will be any issue @automata?

Our klayjs has wrapping for NoFlo graphs, so following a suggestion from Ulf, I'm planning to move https://github.com/automata/klay-js to something like klayjs-noflo which will have https://github.com/OpenKieler/klayjs as dependency. We can continue using klayjs-noflo then. What do you think?
