Uploading same image twice #323

I've found if you drag and drop any given image twice the second drop is ignored and not captured in an event in filesAdded().

I actually have a real scenario for this.... in a module for a user profile. I've found users dragging in an image to preview, trying another then reverting back to their original choice.

This can be replicated in the demo
