Release a version of ng-flow-standalone.js including latest flowjs 2 #362

As we are closing the era of flowjs version 2 with a final stable version it could be worth it to issue a final release for ng-flow standalone including the final version of flowjs 2.

Sure, sounds great. Feel free to release it. IMO ng-flow should be left locked in on 2.x version as angular 1.x is deprecated and not many integrations happens at this stage. We should focus on ngx instead. Though if you want to upgrade it, it's fine, we can do it.
