Looks like flownative/flow-sentry throw's an error when using with Neos 7.0.

The object "Neos\Flow\Log\PsrSystemLoggerInterface" which was specified as a property in the object configuration of object "Flownative\Sentry\SentryClient" (automatically registered class) does not exist.
