Publish package on npm #17

Hey there, I was unable to find this package on npm. Given that most serious developers, who respect themselves, use some sort of a package manager, could you please consider publishing this very module on npm?

Let's put the question of my self-respect aside for a moment ;-)

it's not that we haven't given this serious consideration: https://github.com/flowplayer/flowplayer-hlsjs/issues/73#issuecomment-303707652
our efforts are focused on the majority of our users who do not load via npm
we are looking into it

@blacktrash I did not mean to come off as rude and now I realize I might have done that, sorry. I just think it'll be easier for large scale apps and for consistency's sake.
