Support live streams #2

First experiments seem to load streams ok, but nothing is displayed, and at some point the browser crashes.

Test stream http://vm2.dashif.org/livesim/testpic_6s/Manifest.mpd works at http://dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/1.4.0/samples/dash-if-reference-player/index.html though.

We have a working sample now. But might need to be re-opened if streams are encountered which play in latest dash.js, but not in Flowplayer.
