Fix tutorial issues

text errors in 2d
timer spec error in 2d
make 5e 'released' by installer so that 5a and 5d and 8a can find it (call activity with 'latest' version in the spec. Note that on EE 7a, 7b and 8a will still need to be released, but thinking to leave this to the users. Making released prevents users from opening in the modeler, so don't want to do that everywhere....
