Minor qol update

First of all, thanks for putting this together. I've made some personal changes that hopefully makes this node easier to use.

Changelog:

• add diffuser package checker/installer
• fixed model loading to dreamshaper_v7 for now
• changed output to image

Thanks! But don't you think outputting latents can bring more value?

Can you specify what you meant by "more value"? I think it's more familiar to use with images as outputs, but it's just my opinion.

I'm not a heavy comfy user, but it seems like the 'comfy way' is to output latents that can be used by other nodes or upscaled
