Unable to run floyd command in MacOS terminal

I install floyd by three ways: conda pip virtualenv, all three ways come up this problem. When I enter floyd --help or other floyd command, it appears:

This system lists a couple of UTF-8 supporting locales that
you can pick from.  The following suitable locales where
