remove preview flag from serving docs #154

I edited a couple of other FAQs. We need to change the serving example. It won't work when we launch the new version of serving. Lets wait until that is done before merging this.

@narenst: I will work with @ReDeiPirati to improve the overall serving examples, but I think we can merge these minor changes in now. Thoughts?
