Update storing output docs #60

@saiprashanths The changes in mkdocs.yml don't mess with the URLs, they just update the sidebar to exclude the Guides level. So no links will be broken by these changes.

I have forked the repo and am serving my version (the code behind this PR) on my own github pages branch. You can see my changes here
