Add recommended (not mandatory) day-2 activities

These would be recommended for production clusters but we could live without them for lab clusters:

• HA registry (more than one replica) and storage compatible with that (object or RWX)
• Non-ephemeral storage on metrics
• Cluster logging installed and with persistent storage (and also multiple ES instances?)
• IdP other than HTPasswd
• Cluster is registered for telemetry at cloud.redhat.com
• Trusted TLS certs for API, OAuth, and default router/ingress

Note that check_storage.sh already checks for a default storage class with dynamic provisioning
