[DEV] we need to fully integrate the dev environement to vuepress #23

Actually when you change something on dev. You have to reload vuepress

We should use the vuepress API https://v1.vuepress.vuejs.org/api/node.html#usage

Need a better understanding

basically import working

If you have alias you should add it inside vuepress webpack config
