What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Options dialog
2. Experience Crash with 'Witty has stopped working' dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 beta 1 on Vista 64 with SP1.
Please provide any additional information below.
If I run Witty as an Administrator, everything works fine. If not, I get
the crash. This is in the event log.
