remember window position based on resolution #122

when i dock my laptop i like having witty on the far right edge of the 
screen. when i undock and lose 600px in horizontal pixel space, witty is 
mostly hidden when i launch it next.

if its not possible to store position for every resolution, maybe just 
check to make sure that the window is within the confines of the existing 
resolution bounds.
