Witty can crash if incoming replies list is longer than previously retrieved replies

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trigger Witty to populate the contents of the Replies view.
2. Allow time for Twitter to accumulate new replies from your contacts and 
archive older replies.
3. Refresh the Replies view again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect Witty to show the new replies as new and old replies with updated 
relative times. Instead Witty Crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Build from latest source (rev 302) on Vista x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
A patch file to correct the problem has been attached.
