Hide Witty from Taskbar #131

It would be nice to have the option to not show Witty in the taskbar and
just always have the system tray icon shown. I have attached an svn patch
that would add this functionality. Also did some refactoring and
string.format changes. I hope that's ok. Some of the changes overlap my
changes for issue 25.

I think the item can be closed as the functionality exists in production.  
Options >
Minimize to System Tray.
