Rate Limit Exceeded #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install using 'Witty via ClickOnce'
2. Login to the client
3. Preseneted with error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
During login it fails and output message is:

Rate Limit Exceeded. Clients may not make more than 70 requests per hour. 
Please try again in afew minutes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista 32bit Business. 0.1.8.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Installed the 3.5 .Net Framework and the installstion worked, But not im 
preseneted with this problem.
