.NET Version 3.5 needed for latest beta #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded 0.1.8.5 and installed it on Vista
2. It wouldn't run
3. Downgraded to 0.1.7 and it ran fine
4. Figured out by looking around that maybe I needed to upgrade my .NET
framework
5. 0.1.8.5 works fine now

Maybe be more clear on the Project Home that the latest version of .NET is
needed
